  • Any notes on follow-up already performed

  • Medical records on request, as needed

Fees

Everest charges a contingency fee of money actually collected; there are no per claim fees.  Our fee range for this service is very broad; the fee is based on:

  • Dollar volume of the backlog

  • Payer mix

  • Age of the claims

  • Method of transmission (electronic vs. paper)
